RETURNS

Galfnor accepts returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging, including intact SKU labels.
No, Galfnor does not accept exchanges of any nature.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receiving all items in the order, beginning from the day the tracking status shows "delivered".
For split package orders, the return window starts from the date and time of the final package delivery.
Items returned without adhering to the stated criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or alternatively, Galfnor reserves the right to decline the entire return.
Galfnor reserves the right to delay a refund until items are actually received, based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
No, Galfnor does not accept returns for items purchased on sale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
Please allow Galfnor 5 to 7 business days from the day the returned package is received to process the return.
Galfnor will send you an email confirmation once the return has been processed, detailing the actions taken.
Non-returnable categories at Galfnor include beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, and sale items.

SHIPPING

No, Galfnor does not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.
For US products, the estimated shipping time is 2 - 5 business days.
For overseas products, the estimated shipping time is 5 - 10 business days.

ORDERS

No, an order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or has been shipped.
Orders can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but this is not guaranteed. If cancellation is possible, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our store as soon as possible. Please note that, as described above, your order may not be eligible for cancellation.
Typically within the first 24 hours or less, while an order is in Ordered or Processing status, changes can be made to the product Size, product variant, and shipping address.
In Ordered or Processing status, changes cannot be made to select a different product or to increase/decrease the quantity of a product.
Please ensure that the address is correct when placing the order to ensure that the package can be delivered without any further issues.
